Maryland's premier resorts are at the opposite ends of the State. Ocean City and Deep Creek Lake are popular, but commercialized areas. In between them are non-commercial gems, which are uniquely Maryland and help define our state. They are places, which are frequently targeted for development, and need protection.
The best way to foster public awareness for these places is to visit and experience them. So join me for a tour of great destinations. You will find plenty to appreciate this summer, with easy drives, minimal costs, and good exercise.
